About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and valued.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by providing legendary customer experiences and promoting our products effectively.
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation and ensure that the store is always tidy and well-organized.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Basic knowledge of footwear and fashion, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
