About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team at our Welshpool Warehouse as a Despatch Clerk. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a global leader in tyres and rubber.

The successful candidate will be accountable to the Warehouse Manager for the effective operation of the Despatch Office and associated distribution functions. This includes coordinating distribution delivery runs and working closely with the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Leading Hand and other warehouse employees onsite and with the State Office and the National Customer Service Centre, remotely.

About You
  • Proven experience in using Microsoft suite of products, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities are essential.
  • Problem solving skills are required.
  • High level customer services skills are essential along with attention to detail.
  • Certificate IV in Warehousing and Distribution is desirable.
