This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to manage our service and make a real difference in the lives of children.

  • Develop strong relationships with your school and collaborate on school events and community engagement.

  • Manage and roster your team of passionate educators.
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation effectively.
  • Be the driving force behind TeamKids' connection with your school community.

Service times: 7.00am - 9.00am & 2.30pm - 6.15pm, Monday to Friday + 9.25 hours.

About You
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for working with kids.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with diverse groups including preppies, parents, team members and school Principals.
  • Sound problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • You are a natural leader with attention to detail.
  • Have a genuine interest in creating engaging experiences for primary-aged children.
  • You are energetic, enthusiastic and enjoy delivering high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification (Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work).
