As a key member of our Early Learning Centre, you will be responsible for managing and operating a high-calibre program that provides a safe and secure environment for children in attendance before and after their kindergarten session and during the term breaks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and operate a high-calibre program that meets the needs of children and their families
  • Develop and implement programs that promote the emotional, physical, and self-esteem needs of children
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for children at all times
  • Provide peace of mind for working families with the School Community
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and staff
Requirements
  • Diploma in Children Services or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in long day care or outside school hours care program
  • Availability for all sessions that the program is open
  • Current First Aid Level 2 certificate including CPR; Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Level 2)
  • Valid employee Working With Children Check
