About the Opportunity

Mercy Mental Health & Wellbeing Service is a leading provider of older adult mental health services in the Wyndham and Hobson's Bay communities. We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to engage older adults in assessment, treatment, and support
  • Develop holistic comprehensive treatment and recovery plans
  • Provide information and advice about living with mental ill health
  • Advocate for and support social inclusion
  • Work alongside other specialists involved in the care of consumers
Requirements
  • Registration with AHPRA as an Endorsed Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse with minimum of 3 years post registration experience
  • Knowledge and experience working with older adults who experience mental ill health and or a neurodegenerative condition
  • Demonstrated clinical competency in mental state and risk assessment
  • Self-motivation, flexibility, and ability to work autonomously
  • Current full unrestricted Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Full Australian working rights
