Job Summary

In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of our order to cash process. As a logistics professional, you will be responsible for processing sales orders with precision and in a timely manner. You will also proactively manage escalations and risks within our transport and warehousing network to guarantee on-time customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Process sales orders and ensure on-time and in-full order fulfillment
  • Manage KPIs with 3PL warehouse and transport partners to ensure SLAs are being met
  • Process and record vendor invoices
  • Manage master data and support incident-resolution
Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional who has:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar logistics and/or customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to problem solve autonomously
  • Proficiency in systems such as MS Excel and SAP
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations as required
