Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Leadership Role. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive remuneration package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive primary health clinical services, including clinical leadership and governance, line leadership and development of multidisciplinary nursing, midwifery and care teams, and clinic operational and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and governance, including the development and implementation of strategies to manage quality and risk associated with clinical services.
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary nursing, midwifery and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Manage clinic operational and financial oversight, including budgeting, financial reporting and compliance.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar setting.
  • Immunisation certificate appropriate to employment within a Queensland ACCHO setting.
  • Queensland Drivers Licence.
  • Ability to maintain a current CPR certificate.
  • Understanding of and commitment to the principles of Aboriginal community control, cultural identity, practices and beliefs.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership within a primary health care setting.
