Human Resources Advisor Role

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our staff across various locations.

Job Description:

  • Provide responsive and practical people support to stakeholders
  • Lead performance management processes, including Performance Support Plans and disciplinary actions
  • Manage employment changes within your geographical patch
  • Manage Worker's Compensation cases from initial report to resolution
  • Coordinate development opportunities through RTO programs and traineeships
  • Oversee sponsorship programs within your portfolio
  • Support talent initiatives that strengthen attraction and retention
  • Enhance workplace culture by assisting with engagement activities
  • Add value through contributing to a variety of special projects

Requirements:

  • Desirable: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • 1-3 years' experience in a Human Resources role
  • Excellent attention to detail
