We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Advisor to join our Customer Engagement team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of internal communication programs to support our strategy and priorities.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders at all levels to develop and execute effective communication plans, ensuring our bankers are always prepared with the right information to help our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing best practice internal communication plans for complex campaigns across varying frontline audiences.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify communication needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Leading the development and execution of newsletters and other communication materials to engage diverse audiences.
- Providing exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence frontline teams through to senior executives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communication.
