
Clinical Nurse Manager

The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for leading the interdisciplinary team in providing high-quality patient care. This involves managing and overseeing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of resident assessments and care plans. The successful candidate will be a skilled nurse with strong leadership abilities, able to motivate and guide staff members in delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Mentor and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Current unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
Experience:
- Five years experience in nursing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Two years experience in supervisory or management roles preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of current nursing practices and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems required.
