We are seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to join our team. This role involves coordinating the day-to-day operations of our reservations teams across Australia and the Philippines.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the coordination of reservations teams, overseeing workflow distribution and providing regular mentoring and support.
- Sales & Reporting: Support the performance of sales and reservations teams by delivering clear weekly reporting and identifying trends for improvement.
- Processes: Help formalise and document workflows that enable reservations teams to thrive, identify areas for improvement, and build guides and templates for clarity and consistency.
- Systems: Play a hands-on role in optimising CRM and booking systems, liaising with developers on updates, assisting with testing and implementation, and providing training and support.
- New Staff Training & Mentoring: Own the onboarding experience for new reservations staff, delivering initial training sessions, guiding them through tools and workflows, and offering regular check-ins.
- Supplier & Industry Engagement: Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and industry partners, representing the company at trade events and meetings, securing high-quality experiences, and staying informed about industry movements.
