  • Customer Service: Handle guest requests, respond to feedback and reviews, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, suppliers, and colleagues. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required, with a First Aid Certificate an asset.
