The RoleWe're seeking a Senior Investment Accountant to assist with managing the investment accounting, tax, product, and investment operations requirements for IFM Investors. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with managing the IFM products and investments
- Assisting with new product development for IFM
- Coaching peers and juniors in skill development
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years' experience in investment/fund accounting, with unit pricing experience
- Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance, or a related field
- CPA or CA qualifications
- Detailed market knowledge
- Client relationship management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Business acumen, financial metrics, and key performance drivers
- Significant financial knowledge
- High-level numerical skills required
- Detailed understanding of all taxation laws, regulations, and governance requirements
