About the Role:

This is a senior-level position within our Fund Administration team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the alternative investment space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of queries;
  • Collaborate with management and junior staff to maintain high-quality work standards and ensure client satisfaction;
  • Review and approve work produced for submission to senior-level staff, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Participate in the setup of alternative investment funds, liaising with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries as required;
  • Manage day-to-day fund operations, including interactions with investors, fund managers, and third-party service providers;
  • Prepare and review periodic reports, regulatory reports, and financial statements for fund entities;
  • Coordinate investor servicing, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements;
  • Organize and participate in board meetings and shareholders' meetings;
  • Review tax returns and tax balances, maintaining relevant contacts with tax authorities.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting & Finance or Economics;
  • Fully qualified Accountant (e.g., ACCA/CPAA/CIMA/ACA);
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms, or domiciliation;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Strong team spirit, ability to build client relationships, and initiative to act without direction when necessary.
