Job Overview

We seek an experienced Engineering Manager to lead site-wide engineering and maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all engineering and maintenance activities across the site, including a maintenance team.
  • Manage capital projects from concept to commissioning, including new line builds and installations.
  • Oversee a team of maintenance fitters & electricians.
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations to align engineering with business objectives.
  • Drive operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and enhance asset reliability.
  • Manage external contractors and ensure high standards of safety and performance.
  • Maintain strict budget control and deliver on cost-reduction targets.
  • Promote occupational health and safety and risk management in a high-pressure manufacturing setting.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean transformation initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Maintenance and Engineering Management within FMCG, Food Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience managing capital projects, including installation of new production lines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
