Business Administrator: Rostering

We are seeking a skilled Business Administrator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for employee services, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our care home.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with our General Manager and other administrators to provide exceptional support to our staff.
  • You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including rostering, payroll, training, compliance, HR, recruitment activities, and onboarding new starters.
  • You will provide a warm and welcoming introduction to our care home for prospective residents and their loved ones.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • You have intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite.
  • You have previous experience gained in a similar admin/customer service role, preferably in a care home setting.
  • You have highly developed organisation and time management skills, prioritisation and self-direction.
