APAC Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to head our APAC operations, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and execute strategic financial plans, leveraging advanced scenario modelling and capital allocation techniques.
  2. Promote data-driven decision-making through insightful pricing, project, and investment analysis.
  3. Oversight of monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using Hyperion Financial Management and other Group systems.
  4. Foster operational efficiency and cost savings across procurement and manufacturing processes.
  5. Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, and audit procedures.
  6. Mentor and develop the local finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and growth.

Requirements:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) and extensive experience in financial leadership within a manufacturing or commercial environment.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning is essential.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor) and Hyperion Financial Management is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive, organised approach to leadership.
