The role of the Financial Controller is to provide strategic financial leadership and direction. This includes oversight of financial reporting, compliance with relevant legislation, accounting standards, and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports and analysis
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective financial communication
Key qualifications for this role include a finance or accounting degree, significant experience in senior finance leadership, and expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on community health services. The Central Goldfields and Pyrenees regions are a great place to live, work, and play, with easy access to Ballarat and Bendigo.
