Product Management Leader Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and launch of new software products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in product strategy, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of launching and iterating on complex software products. They will be able to define and drive product strategy, understand complex technical concepts, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

The successful candidate will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and deliver innovative features that enhance our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the product roadmap for key areas of our cybersecurity solution, driving long-term strategy, medium-term prioritization, and day-to-day execution.
  • Collaborate extensively with engineering, design, and other product teams to build and refine features, ensuring they align with our overall product vision and enhance the value of our solutions.
  • Conduct market and user research to identify customer pain points, unmet needs, and new opportunities for product development.
  • Translate complex user needs into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery methodologies and user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • High energy, creativity, and a willingness to deeply understand problems and find innovative solutions.
