About This Role

Trippas White Group is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at St Paul's College, University of Sydney. As a leading Hospitality Company, we operate premium venues across Australia.

This role requires a strong leader to manage all financial and operational services onsite, including catering, housekeeping, and events. You will be responsible for staff development, site execution, and maintaining compliance with food safety, licensing, and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and business governance skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to innovate and collaborate with the team to achieve operational targets.
