Residential Care Chef

About this role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chef to join our team in a residential care setting. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality food service in a caring and supportive environment. You will work closely with our Chef Supervisor to ensure that all meals are well presented and enjoyed by our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the preparation, provision and presentation of meals in accordance with our Food Safety Program guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the Chef Supervisor to ensure that all meals are well accepted by residents.
- Document and communicate the implementation of our Food Safety Program to all relevant staff members.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in residential aged care or a similar setting, and hold relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Hospitality - Commercial Cookery. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to work independently as part of a team.

Essential Requirements:- Certificate III in Hospitality - Commercial Cookery.
- Experience working in residential aged care or a similar setting.
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
