Cybersecurity Team Lead

This role oversees the daily operations of a skilled cyber team in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

  • Manage and coordinate SOC activities including threat detection, response, and incident handling.
  • Leverage strong leadership and mentorship skills to develop junior security analysts within the team.
  • Conduct advanced threat hunting, forensic analysis, and complex cyber investigations.
  • Recommend and implement cybersecurity tools and solutions for enhanced capability.

Key Requirements:

  • Holding a current NV1 clearance with a willingness to upgrade to NV2.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SIEM (preferably Elastic) and vulnerability tools (e.g., Tenable Nessus).
  • Sound understanding of security frameworks and modern SOC practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring capability, and digital forensics skills.
