Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the hotel's switchboard, handling guest calls and messages, and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Assist guests with room-related issues, such as wake-up calls, room service, and entertainment.
  • Process guest requests, including verifying and adjusting billing, and following up with guests to ensure their needs are met.
  • Build relationships with guests, providing them with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and systems, including property management systems.
