Cardiac Care Nurse
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Care Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients, focusing on their holistic needs.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Supervise and guide nursing team members, including Enrolled Nurses (ENs), to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Offer education and support to individuals and patients regarding health management, recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the relevant Nursing Board.
- Experience working in a fast-paced Cardiac Care environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
