We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior staff in leasing and managing rental properties, with a strong emphasis on operational tasks and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior property managers with the day-to-day operations of rental properties
  • Assist with documentation, including leases and inspection reports
  • Respond to general enquiries from tenants in a timely and professional manner
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs in consultation with senior staff
  • Prepare and update rental lists and website content

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
  • Current South Australian Property Managers license
  • Current SA driver's license
  • Industry-leading software experience (training provided)
