Job Role

This position is ideal for individuals new to property management or looking to transition into a supportive work environment.

We seek someone with 0-3 years of industry experience who can utilise their initiative, judgment, and interpersonal skills to support operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting senior staff in leasing and managing rental properties
  • Assisting with documentation such as leases, inspection reports, and management agreements
  • Responding to general enquiries from tenants
  • Arranging maintenance and repairs in consultation with senior staff
  • Assisting with property inspections and open homes
  • Preparing and updating rental lists and website content
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current South Australian Property Managers license
  • A current SA driver's license
