Graduate Mining Engineer Role

Our two integrated cement plants offer hands-on experience, contributing to sustainable infrastructure projects and professional development in a collaborative environment.

  • Gaining practical experience in mineral extraction within the operations team.
  • Assessing mine site feasibility through geological surveys and data analysis.
  • Supporting mine design and planning with a focus on safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Identifying and managing operational risks on site.
  • Contributing to improvement projects that enhance performance and reliability.
  • Participating in capital works and shutdown projects, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and supervise small teams.
  • Applying core engineering principles to ensure safe, productive, and forward-thinking operations.
  • Collaborating with a team on meaningful projects that shape mining practices.
Key Qualifications
  • Completed or near completion of a Bachelor of Mining Engineering or related field.
  • A willingness to work in team environments and collaborate with diverse colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis abilities, and adaptability.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude toward new challenges.
  • Openness to relocating for site rotations.
