Teaching Opportunity in Aviation

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team of educators in the aviation industry. The successful applicant will have extensive experience and knowledge in teaching and training adults, as well as current industry expertise.

The Role:

The educator will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs and facilitating learning for students. This will involve developing and implementing training plans, assessing student progress, and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver education and training programs to adults in the aviation industry
  • Develop and implement training plans to meet the needs of students and industry employers
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Maintain current industry knowledge and expertise
  • Promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Vocational qualification in one or more areas of aviation (e.g. Aeroskills, Commercial Pilot Licence, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification industry experience
  • Comprehensive current knowledge of the industry and strong understanding of current trends
  • TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification
