Job Opportunity

An exciting career exists for a qualified Chef to represent RATIONAL products within the Brisbane and wider Queensland market.

This role requires industry experience and expertise to acquire and maintain long term customers, achieve sales and gross profit targets, and deliver product training programs both internally and externally with business partners.

You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key food service operators and Chefs, and offer high quality catering solutions using RATIONAL products.

The role involves B2B selling in a wholesale capacity to Retailers and Foodservice End Users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and maintain long term customers for RATIONAL products and services.
  • Deliver product training programs both internally and externally with business partners.
  • Prepare call plans to achieve weekly, monthly and annual objectives and complete monthly Sales activity reports.
  • Use Salesforce database to manage customers and activities involved in the sales process.
  • Support initiatives to enhance company's market position and achieve sales growth.
About You
  • Qualified Chef with extensive industry experience and strong network of contacts.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and achieve targets, demonstrating and implementing food service solutions using RATIONAL.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills, fluent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound computer skills at an intermediate level, experience with Salesforce or CRM systems advantageous.
  • Local and occasional Interstate travel required to establish strong network and contact base and execute monthly sales activities.
