Site Engineer

We are seeking experienced and skilled Site Engineers to join our team in New South Wales.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage time, possess a customer-focused mindset, communicate efficiently, have experience working in civil construction, hold relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, work collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrate a passion for learning and growth.

This role is responsible for conducting project compliance, completing project planning and programming tasks, managing client relationships, monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors, reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly, procuring plant, equipment and material, and issuing PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules to meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of construction crew and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Analyze and report on project progress, including cost and schedule performance.
