Complete Staff Solutions are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Plumber (Pipe Layer) for ongoing full-time work in the Ballina area.

This role will see you constructing and maintaining water and wastewater infrastructure, carrying out pipe-laying and civil plumbing duties, and operating plant and machinery across civil works projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construct, repair and maintain water and wastewater utilities and infrastructure (pipelines, tanks, valve pits, manholes, pump stations).
  • Undertake general labouring duties, including site preparation, levelling and set-out.
  • Operate plant and equipment safely and in line with competency standards.
  • Complete paperwork accurately, including timesheets, work orders and WHS documentation.
  • Contribute to a safe, positive, and team-focused work environment.

About You

  • Relevant trade qualification in civil plumbing/pipe-laying (essential).
  • White Card and current Class C driver licence (manual).
  • Proven experience in the construction, maintenance, and operation of civil infrastructure.
  • Physically fit, reliable, and able to work in confined spaces and on-call as rostered.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
