We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team at Pacific Smiles Group in Browns Plains. This is a unique opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organisation, providing exceptional patient care and support to our dentists.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position offers a stable roster of 3-4 days per week, allowing for a great work-life balance. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, processing payments, and providing general reception duties. You will also have the opportunity to work on steri and chair-side shifts as required.

Your Skills and Attributes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Dental Assistant with reception experience, or a willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills and experience with managing patient appointments
  • Ability to deliver safe and empathetic patient care, while working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a desire for excellence in all aspects of your work
