Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure efficient patient flow by effectively managing appointments and prioritising tasks.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Dental Services Model of Care, focusing on the role of the Dental Services Receptionist.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders, observing high standards of professionalism and respect.
  • Manage confidential records and maintain accurate administrative systems, adhering to ATSICHS Privacy Policy and Procedures.
  • Requirements

    • Certificate III Administration or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a Dental Services or Medical administration role, with a focus on culturally diverse populations.
    • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications and Dental Services Administration processes.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.
