About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at Pacific Smiles Group in Browns Plains.

As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will ensure that patients receive a seamless experience from the moment they step into our practice.

Job Description:
  • A permanent part-time role with a stable roster of 3-4 days per week, including Wednesday/Thursday 9:30am - 6pm and Friday 10am- 5pm, with additional Saturday shifts available.
  • General reception duties, processing payments, managing appointments, and performing sterilization tasks as required.

You will work closely with our Centre Leader and dental team to ensure that patients receive top-notch care and attention. Your passion for delivering excellent patient experiences, combined with your ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
