We're seeking a Gaming Manager to oversee our gaming room and ensure it remains a friendly, welcoming environment for our locals.

About The Role

Castle Hill Tavern is the original 'local' pub in the Hills District, offering efficient and friendly customer service. Our facilities include a Family Bistro, TAB, pool table, beer garden, and two dedicated function rooms for corporate and private events.

A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Manager

  • Build rapport with regulars and make them feel at home
  • Collaborate with the Publican to ensure smooth, safe operations within all regulations
  • Share your gaming expertise and lead your team to excellence
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere with great service and friendly smiles

About You

  • Experience in gaming rooms as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
  • Learned from great managers and ready to take the next step
  • Confident, proud, and skilled in people management
  • Thorough understanding of compliance and safe gaming practices
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications as per state requirements
