Job Title

A dynamic leader is sought to oversee production operations and drive business growth through effective pipeline management.

This role involves assisting assigned branch team members with loan file processing, ensuring timely delivery of disclosures, and providing continuous support as needed. The Production Manager will work closely with branch processors to manage the loan pipeline and facilitate efficient workflow.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage lending functions, including TRID rules and regulations, REPSA, and disclosures. Experience with Encompass loan origination software and pipeline management is preferred. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor estimated closing dates in various reporting platforms and collaborate with the branch to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Facilitate regular pipeline management meetings to discuss progress and address any challenges.
  • Develop and execute plans to address the needs of assigned branches, ensuring timely loan processing and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with branch processing teams to ensure accurate and complete loan files are submitted to underwriting.
  • Support branch operations and management by assisting with prioritization and workflow structure.
  • Manage projects related to the deployment of new systems and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with applicable federal, state, and agency regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in loan processing.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
