Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, and design.

  • This role involves leading and managing the office team, working directly with clients, coordinating project consultants, maintaining schedules and budgets, and understanding of construction contracts.

The successful candidate will also possess a degree in architecture, engineering, or related field, minimum 10 years in professional design, experience in K-12 educational design and planning is preferred, architectural registration and LEED AP preferred but not required.
