Job Title

Overview :

Deloitte is seeking a motivated and skilled professional to lead the development of intelligent systems that combine real-time data, simulation, GenAI, and agentic AI capabilities. The successful candidate will design and support effective delivery capabilities across Deloitte to implement Optimal Reality solutions to solve challenging client problems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define technical solutions for end-to-end intelligent systems that combine real-time data, simulation, GenAI, and agentic AI capabilities.
  • Provide technical architecture support and guidance for delivery teams.
  • Lead core product development activities for scaled client implementations.
  • Support business development, including preparing client proposals and scoping engagements.
  • Present and explain the Optimal Reality solution in client presentations.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to implement client solutions aligned with product vision.

Requirements :

  • Extensive experience in client-facing or technical advisory roles, in-house or in consulting.
  • Experience leading complex technology transformation projects, managing senior relationships with public and private sector organizations.
  • Shaping technical solutions and cloud architecture, especially AWS-based.
  • Experience with scaled cloud deployments, including DevOps, security, and infrastructure.
  • Experience with digital twin or simulation implementation.
  • Technical development experience, preferably in microservices systems.
  • Familiarity with Python, Julia, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Experience with GenAI, LLM engineering, and agentic AI systems.
  • Possession or eligibility for an AGSVA baseline clearance.
