Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive workplace with flexible hours.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the setup, monitoring, and dismantling of event elements including operable wall systems, seating systems, stages, dance floors, tables, chairs, and general event equipment.
  • Collaborate with venue hirers to produce events, conferences, exhibitions, concerts, and other public or private events.
  • Maintain equipment, stores, and venue presentation.
  • Utilize equipment such as elevated work platforms, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive, proactive team member.
  • Physically demanding role requiring mobility and strength.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation for a corporate environment.
  • Available to work a 24/7 roster.
