Job Title: Event Experience Coordinator

Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented event coordinator to assist the Community Experiences Manager in bringing our brand to life through exceptional experiences. As an Event Experience Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing how our community interacts with us both in-person and online.

Key responsibilities include assisting in planning and delivering engaging in-person and digital brand experiences, supporting the execution of brand activations, community campaigns, and sports partnerships, coordinating event logistics, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, managing RSVPs and guest information, and staying across experiential trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in events coordination, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset – grab the ball and run with it, with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work weekends or outside standard hours during key events or activations.
