Product Strategist

This is a pivotal role where you'll shape product strategy, guide delivery teams, and drive customer and commercial value through innovative, data-driven solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning and maintaining the product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives using customer insights and evidence-based data to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams and providing guidance across the wider organisation.
  • Working closely with operations, technology, and customer teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that balance customer needs with business goals.
  • Identifying emerging customer needs, analysing opportunities, and advocating for enhancements that improve experience and outcomes.
  • Overseeing product lifecycle from ideation through to delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story creation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in an Agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and product ownership principles.
  • Proven experience in roadmap creation, user story development, and product design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Data-driven approach, applying critical thinking, problem solving, and design thinking principles.
