Job Title: Arena Operations Coordinator

 

This role involves leading a team in managing bushfire preparedness and response for an area, contributing to planning, implementation, and evaluation of area-wide programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human and physical resources within the area, providing high-quality support to staff, volunteers, and emergency services teams, and responding to large-scale rural fires and other emergency incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement area-wide strategies for bushfire preparedness and response

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience in emergency management or a related field

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in emergency management or a related field
  • Experience in project management and coordination
