About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Carers to join our team at Warabrook Centre on a permanent part-time basis.
The successful candidate will provide person-centred care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication, and wound dressing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assisting with medication administration and wound dressing
- Participating in activities and programs to promote resident engagement and well-being
- Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Care Service Employee, Carer, or AIN
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Ability to work every weekend or every second weekend (an advantage)
