About the Role

We are seeking experienced Carers to join our team at Warabrook Centre on a permanent part-time basis.

The successful candidate will provide person-centred care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication, and wound dressing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
  • Assisting with medication administration and wound dressing
  • Participating in activities and programs to promote resident engagement and well-being
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Care Service Employee, Carer, or AIN
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Ability to work every weekend or every second weekend (an advantage)
