About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Professional to join our team at Hireup. As a support worker, you will play a critical role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and pursue their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community engagement.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hireup team to ensure seamless support delivery and continuous improvement.
