This role sits at the intersection of property and finance, supporting some of the country's leading lenders. The successful candidate will gain valuable industry exposure, develop a deep understanding of valuation compliance, and build practical experience that can open doors in property, finance or regulatory pathways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing property valuation reports for accuracy and adherence to industry standards and lender-specific requirements.
  • Determining if reports require corrections or can be submitted as is.
  • Processing a high volume of reports daily in a structured, task-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • A keen eye for detail – accuracy is second nature.
  • Comfort with structured, repetitive tasks – taking pride in completing work consistently to a high standard.
  • The ability to focus independently – productive without needing frequent interaction or oversight.
  • A process-driven mindset – enjoying following clear guidelines and working within a defined framework.
