About the Role

This role is responsible for providing leadership to ensure short- and long-term growth and success. You will work closely with senior leaders to implement and deliver our regional strategy.

The focus of this role is to assist in managing valuation operations within our Core Commercial division, achieving operational excellence aligned to client expectations.

About You

We are seeking a driven professional with commercial valuation skills, exceptional communication and business development skills. You will have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:

  • Qualifications in Business (Property) or equivalent
  • Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) and/or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • At least 5 years' experience as a qualified valuer with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Proven growth success
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
