About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Officer to join our team at face2face Recruitment. As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a service-oriented culture that provides high quality, reliable and timely support to the CAV Team.
  • Assist in the development and execution of communication plans, create content for various channels, and ensure clear and effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Vehicle fleet management experience essential.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in creating infographics and other visual aids.
  • Experience in change management practices and principles.
  • Experience in developing project plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or project management software.
