About this Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver expert advice to our members and support the growth of our scaled advice offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise financial planning interviews with members and provide tailored advice through phone or video;
- Prepare and arrange proper advice documents, including Statements of Advice;
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to enhance the distribution of advice and improve our financial planning services for members; AND
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, with completion of the FASEA exam;
- Ideal candidates will hold a Financial Planning (Advance Diploma) certificate, or be working towards a Financial Planner certification;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar industry or role;
- Proficiency in XPLAN or Visy software is highly regarded;
- Previous experience working in the financial services or superannuation sector;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Solid organisational and collaborative abilities, with a proactive approach.
