Staff Platform Engineer

As part of our engineering transformation, we are seeking a highly skilled Staff Platform Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in building robust, secure, and highly scalable services for our customers.

  • This individual will provide technical expertise and lead key project initiatives that drive automation and optimisation capabilities.
  • They will be responsible for designing and deploying secure, scalable infrastructure and services in cloud environments such as AWS.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the team to take ownership of various platforms and services including Sailpoint, CyberArk, and PingID.

  • Have led major end-to-end enterprise solutions including discovery, strategy, design, product, development, and deployment.
  • Can imbue a true DevSecOps mindset and approach, ensuring sound technical approaches and well-architected solutions.
  • Support deployments across cloud environments through continuous delivery pipelines and promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation.
Tech Skills

Proficiency in software development lifecycle methods and agile practices, along with experience in microservices, databases, event streaming, and serverless frameworks is essential.

Technical Requirements Include:

  • Expertise in SDLC and Agile methods
  • Experience with SailPoint IIQ and broader IAM products (Cyber Ark, Ping)
  • Knowledge of coding languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript)
  • DevSecOps skills (CI/CD tools, IaC, containerization, front-end technology)
