**Job Overview**

We are a vital part of the Azure Core Networking team, designing and building critical network offerings that set us apart from our competitors.

We provide software systems behind cloud-scale load balancing solutions. We leverage robust software-defined networking (SDN) and network function virtualization infrastructure to autonomously manage the network system.

We continuously innovate to improve the agility, scalability, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy large scale distributed systems with incredible scale and performance.
  • Build next-generation offerings in Load Balancer technologies and collaborate with other SDN teams to deliver seamless, reliable, and performant cloud infrastructure.
  • Identify opportunities and drive the design and implementation of end-to-end telemetry, alerting, self-healing, and automation capabilities to improve service health, manageability, and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Rust OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience building highly scalable distributed systems utilizing micro-services.
